ミニピルを飲み始めるのは簡単
黄体ホルモンだけで作られているミニピルは、一般的な低用量ピルよりも簡単に始められます。
You can start progestin-only pills at any time. Pregnancy protection will begin after 48 hours (two days). Use another method of birth control like condoms if you have vaginal sex during the first 48 hours.
これはノリディの裏面です（セラゼッタも同じようになっています）。飲み始める日に該当する曜日のお薬から飲むと、その日飲んだか飲んでいないかが一目瞭然で、飲み忘れ防止にもなりますね。
このシートは水曜日から飲み始めたので、翌日は左隣の「木曜日」のお薬を飲みます。
ミニピルは時間を決めて飲みましょう
You must take progestin-only pills at the same time every day. If you take it more than three hours past your usual time, use a backup method of birth control for the next 48 hours (two days).
ミニピルは休薬期間・偽薬（プラセボ錠）はありません
There’s no break between packs of pills – when you finish a pack, you start the next one the next day.

一般的な低用量ピルならば、２８錠タイプの場合、７錠は偽薬（プラセボ錠）でホルモン剤が入っていない錠剤を飲みます。２１錠タイプの場合は７日間の休薬期間を設けます。
ミニピルはずっとホルモン剤の入った錠剤を飲み続けることになります。
出産後 授乳しながら飲むのはいつから？
ミニピルは母乳に影響が出ないので授乳中でも安心して飲めます。
産後ミニピルを飲み始めるタイミングを調べてみました。
If you’ve just had a baby, you can start the progestogen-only pill on day 21 after the birth. You’ll be protected against pregnancy straight away. If you start the progestogen-only pill more than 21 days after giving birth, use additional contraception such as condoms until you’ve taken the pill for 2 days.

流産・中絶後に飲み始めるなら
If you’ve had a miscarriage or abortion, you can start the progestogen-only pill up to 5 days afterwards and you’ll be protected from pregnancy straight away. If you start the pill more than 5 days after a miscarriage or abortion, use additional contraception until you’ve taken the pill for 2 days.
